On May 17th 4,500 lawyers and associates walked in the 2010 London Legal sponsored walk raising over £400,000 for legal advice charities in London and the South East.
The walk was led by a host of legal stars including the Lord Chief Justice, The Master of the Rolls, The Attorney General, The Solicitor General, The Director of Public Prosecutions, The Official Solicitor, The Treasury Solicitor, the Presidents of the Law Society and ILEX and the Chair of the Bar as well as the President of the Family Division, the Chair of the Solicitors Regulatory Authority, The Recorder of London, The London Chief Prosecutor and many more.

On a perfect evening the walkers came from Courts and Tribunals, City law firms, counsels chambers, in-house legal departments and law schools as well as from the advice agencies themselves. Olswang fielded the largest team with a record 124 walkers closely followed by Allen & Overy who also fielded over 100 walkers.
