Frances Aldson's Colour Run in Paris

Frances Aldson faces a personal milestone to raise money for the London Legal Support Trust

An estimated 20,000 people took part in the second edition of the Paris Color Run on Sunday 19th April, that left both the runners and the city itself doused in pinks, blues, and greens.

One of our supporters ran the 5k for LLST despite a heart irregularity which had meant she had given up her love of running a few years ago. Frances had developed an ectopic heart rhythm through stress, meaning that her heart would beat irregularly when she ran. Her heart rhythm has improved significantly since then and she decided she was ready to run again, and that she would do it for LLST.

Frances explains "The Trust supports legal advice centres and Citizens Advice Bureaux in London and the South East so that proper legal advice is available to all who need it, regardless of financial means. Having volunteered in a CAB, I know how important they are."

As she is in Paris and unable to join the London Legal Walk this year, Frances decided to do the 5km Colour Run in Paris instead.

We are very grateful to Frances for undertaking this peronal achievement in aid of LLST, and congratulate her on the run.
