Jamon Jamon

We make delicious, traditional Spanish paella on the streets, right in front of you. We start with an empty pan, then adding ingredients one by one, creating a theatre of sounds, smells and sizzles, all culminating in one huge, delicious dish. We cook every Saturday on Portobello Market, we love what we do and we don't take life too seriously, and it really reflects in our food. See you for dinner! ¡Olé!

We make pasta, gnocchi and ravioli in small quantities in our kitchen in East London using freshly cracked free-range eggs and finest Italian 00 flour. Our pesto, sauces and ragùs are also made from scratch using best quality ingredients - always fresh, seasonal and as local as possible. And we never ever use any additives or preservatives. No magic. Just very good pasta.

From our Chief Heifer:

'I've always loved 'real' food, and always been suspicious of the somewhat dodgy preservatives and additives that go into so much of the food we are offered.'
