Female Lead Walkers including Lady Hale, Baroness Kennedy, Solicitor General Lucy Frazer QC MP, President of the Law Society, Christina Blacklaws, and Millicent Grant, ex-President of CILEX, walked down Chancery Lane to the Law Society, as part of the celebrations for the First 100 Years of women being allowed to practice law. At the Law Society, they were joined by other Lead Walkers including the Lord Chief Justice, the Attorney General Geoffrey Cox QC MP, and many others.

As well as raising vital funds, the 2019 London Legal Walk participants had the chance to view a free exhibition at the Law Society at the end of the walk, celebrating the contributions of women in the legal profession over the last 100 years. The exhibition was provided by the First 100 Years - the ground-breaking project charting the journey of women in the legal profession
